INCORRECT CHOICE!
Blaming the victim is a common practice so it might be tempting to select poor health practices among minority groups but the correct answer is discriminatory practices leading to less than the best health care for minority groups. The Maori have been at the receiving end of discrimination leading to significate differences in life-expectancy rates, infant mortality rates, and differential access to health care between Maori people and their white countrymen.
